From Skinny to Swole: My Fitness Journey

I used to be the skinny guy—the one who couldn’t fill out a T-shirt and felt invisible in a crowd. I craved confidence, strength, and presence, but I had no idea where to start.

That changed the day I decided I was tired of making excuses. I committed to showing up for myself. I hit the gym, learned how to fuel my body, and stayed consistent day after day. It wasn’t easy, but I refused to quit.

Today, I’m stronger, more confident, and proud of the body and mindset I’ve built.

The physical transformation was just the beginning; what truly changed was how I saw myself and what I believed I was capable of.
